We’d love to have you join us for the conference. Please check out the entire conference web information (see column on right). The committee members have been working hard to make this one of the best conferences. We are looking forward to seeing you in May!

Registration Fee

Conference Times

Hotel

The cost of hotel rooms is $129.53 per night for single or double occupancy (tax included). There is an additional charge of $10 per person per night for rooms with more than 2 people. Tell the hotel you are a participant of the Self-Advocacy Conference when making your reservation. All reservation requests must be made by April 21, 2011 to receive the discounted rate. To make your reservation, call (651) 292-1900. YOU are responsible for making your own room reservations!

Parking

In order to keep the registration fee at a price we hope most people will be able to afford, the conference will NOT be covering parking expenses. The rate for overnight self-parking in the hotel ramp is $10. If you have an oversized vehicle, the closest ramps that can accommodate are the Capitol City and Victory Ramps.

What's Included with Paid Registration

NOTE About Photos

Conference photographers will be taking photos during the conference that may be used in non-commercial efforts to promote self-advocacy. If you do not wish to be included in these photos, please notify the photographer.

Evaluations

Included in the program book is an evaluation form we would like you to complete before you leave the conference. When you fill out the evaluation form and turn it in to a committee member at the “head table” in the Great River Ballroom, we will give you a raffle ticket to drop in the raffle box for a chance to win an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel.

There will be conference volunteers that may ask you to participate in a one-to-one evaluation about your experience during the conference. We would like it if you are comfortable with this to participate, it will help us with the planning of the 2013 conference.
