Tell people about yourself. Let others know what self-advocates’ hopes and concerns are. - Make change.
Work with others who have a common vision.
By speaking up and telling our stories, we will build our confidence and skills. With these skills, we can make change happen.

This short video records self-advocates telling what’s important to them. You can use it as a starting point to video record your own group members responding to the same question: “What is most important to you?”
